Successful service in the leadership team of the Florida Sea Base National High Adventure Base, cabinet level for three councils, and as an interim Scout Executive, has provided me the opportunity to manage council resources to meet the needs of highly diverse communities. As an experienced manager, I take great pride in identifying and hiring talented persons and helping them achieve home/work life balance and success in their efforts.
